No. The app syncs your catalog, inventory, costs and sales history automatically. You'll see your locked-up cash within a couple of minutes of installing. Detection thresholds are tuned to sensible retail defaults, and you can adjust every one of them.
By default: no sale in 120+ days with stock still on hand. Aged is 91+ days, slow is 31+. New products get a 60-day grace period so a fresh launch is never flagged. All thresholds are editable in Settings.
Never. Dead Stock Alert only recommends. Discounts are created when you explicitly launch a clearance, and a margin guard makes sure recommended prices never fall below your cost plus a margin you set.
